Richard G. Shivone, known to many as Gregory, passed away on June 28, 2026, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, at the age of 67.
He was born on January 27, 1959, in Beaufort, South Carolina. Those who knew him will remember him as a musician who loved playing his guitar and keyboard. He was funny, with a strong opinion on whatever the topic of the day was. He was an avid fisherman who enjoyed FDR Park and going to the beach with his longtime companion Swanda.
He was the son of the late Richard and Annetta Shivone (nee Cicchitti). He is survived by his daughter, Rachel Grace and son Richard; brothers and sisters, Karen, David (Phyllis), Christopher, Kimberley (Matthew) and many nieces and nephews.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
