Norna Cuyler, born on January 29, 1955, to Boyd and Verna E. Campbell in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 4, 2025, at UPenn Hospital in Philadelphia. 

Norna dedicated nearly 40 years of her life to United Telephone, now known as CenturyLink, where she made lasting friendships and left a remarkable legacy. A passionate cook, she was known as the best mom in the world to her son, Seth, her son-in-law, Omar, and her daughter-in-love, Lala. Norna cherished her grand dog, Mila, who brought joy to her life.

She pursued her education at Shippensburg University and Wilson College, and her strong faith in God guided her throughout her life. Even after moving to Philadelphia in 2012, She loved her home church Central Presbyterian after Nearly 60 years of membership she always compared other churches to her home church but none could ever live up to them she was thankful once it was live stream on YouTube she never missed a Sunday faithfully watching services online each Sunday.

Norna was a true bargain queen who loved to shop, and she made a significant commute from Philadelphia to Carlisle during her final years of work. After retiring in 2012, she devoted her time to supporting her son Seth as he completed his education. Together, they shared many experiences, living in places from New York City to Minnesota.

In 2019, Norna faced the challenge of stage 4 colon cancer with remarkable determination, supported by her son, son-in-law and daughter-in-love. Together, they fought valiantly against this disease.

Norna is survived by her brother, Boyd D. Campbell Jr. of Camp hill PA  her son Seth Campbell, her son-in-law Omar Campbell, her daughter-in-love Lala Campbell and her beloved grand dog Mila Campbell of Philadelphia PA Her legacy of love, faith, and resilience will forever be remembered her final wish was to be cremated
